Gentle is the point

A polish should help skin feel smoother without making the routine harsh. Use light pressure, add water as needed, and stop if skin feels irritated.

You do not need to scrub hard to make a product work. A softer touch is usually the better ritual.

Where polish belongs

Use polish after cleansing and before face cream. That order keeps the routine intuitive: clean first, smooth second, moisturize last.

Polish nights can be occasional. On other nights, skip straight from cleansing to cream.

When to skip it

Skip physical exfoliation on irritated, freshly treated, sunburned, or uncomfortable skin. Avoid the eye area and follow the product packaging for current usage guidance.

If your skin is reactive, patch test and introduce polish slowly.
