Returns & refunds
We want your order experience to feel clear and fair. Because our products are personal-care items, return options depend on product condition, order status, and the issue reported.
Start a return or order issue request by emailing info@thegildedblooms.com with your order number, the item involved, and a short description of what happened.
Return requests
Please contact us promptly after delivery if you need help with a return. Unused, unopened items in their original condition are the easiest for us to review. Opened or used personal-care products may be ineligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, missing, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item, packaging, and packing slip if available. We will review the details before offering the appropriate remedy.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit after the refund is issued. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by the specific situation.
Exchanges and cancellations
If you ordered the wrong item, email us quickly. We can try to cancel or adjust an order before fulfillment starts, but changes may not be possible once an order is packed, shipped, or already delivered.
